This mixed fermentation ale is what happens when your farmer’s market blueberries sneak off to a goth poetry reading. The blueberry arrives juicy and playful; the black tea slips in like a mysterious stranger in a velvet cloak, adding layers of earthy complexity and dry wit.
Brewed in cahoots with The Spice & Tea Exchange in Sioux Falls and the warlocks at Cohort Craft Brewery in Rapid City, Witch’s Kiss is a collaborative enchantment. Frankly, we’re bewitched.
